Tax Return
The American National Red Cross in one corporation and files
one tax return. Each local chapter completes an Annual
Chapter Financial Statement for each year ending June 30.
This report is audited locally, (Seber Tans PLC, 555 W
Crosstown Pkwy Ste 304, Kalamazoo MI 49008 are our current
auditors) and is forwarded to our National organization who
compiles each chapter report into a the 990 tax return for
the entire organization. Please contact the chapter if you
wish to review our complete Annual Financial Statements.
