Registration

Pre-Registration is required for all classes. Payment is due at the time of registration. Class sizes are limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to guarantee a place. No walk in registrations will be accepted on the day of the class. How to register:

  • Mail the Course Registration Form along with the class fee to: American Red Cross, 5640 Venture Court, Kalamazoo, MI 49009.

  • Register over the phone with a credit card, by calling (269)353-6180 or (800)382-6382 from Cass and St. Joseph Counties

  • Fax the registration form with credit card information to (269)353-8657.

  • Register in person with cash, check or credit card. 

  • Register online at: OnLine catalog:

  • If you are unable to pay the full amount, scholarships are available by calling the health services coordinator 353-6180 ext. 114.

Confirmation of registration will be at the time of registration. For mail in registrations, your credit card statement or bank statement indicating payment serves as confirmation. Classes will be cancelled if less than 6 people are enrolled or if there is a severe weather warning. Please provide a number so you can be contacted in either event.

 

Accommodations

Please notify us of any accommodations we can make to help you succeed. Please wear comfortable clothes for practicing skills. Participants are required to perform all skills taught in the class, some of which require kneeling. If you have physical challenges or a medical condition, please consult your physician prior to registering. For classes held during meal times feel free to bring a sack lunch.

 

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds or transfer requests must be made prior to class. A $5 processing fee will be deducted. If you fail to show for your class, no refund will be given. Course completion certificates can be replaced if lost. There is a $5 processing fee for this service.

 

Location

Classes with a facility code of 22172GKRC (Greater Kalamazoo Red Cross) are held at our Kalamazoo facility: 5640 Venture Court, north of Stadium Dr., just west of US 131. From Stadium Dr. head north on  Venture. From Venture, turn right onto Venture Court. Venture Court will end in front of the Red Cross.

 

Classes with a facility code of 22172ACSC (Allegan County Service Center)  are held at our Allegan Facility: 425 Hubbard St, Allegan.  Just off M89/M40 in downtown Allegan.
